Dr. Sheryl Collins is a school improvement strategist and leadership coach known for transforming historically underperforming campuses into high-functioning, student-centered schools. As a former principal and executive director in one of the largest districts in the country, Dr. Collins transformed multiple Improvement Required schools into successful, high-performing campuses. Dr. Collins also brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience. As the Chief Programs Officer for a large education nonprofit, she oversaw programming across more than 100 campuses and led the development of systems and supports that strengthened leadership capacity, instructional impact, and organizational culture.
