Tonya Clark is the Co-Founder of Lead 180, a leadership strategist, and a rest-informed executive coach who supports leaders across districts and nonprofit systems in building the clarity, confidence, and capacity needed to transform adult practice and student outcomes. She blends strategic leadership development with grounded, wellness-centered approaches, helping leaders make high-quality decisions, strengthen their teams, and sustain their impact over time.
With a Master’s in Leadership, extensive experience coaching principals, principal supervisors, and executive teams, and certifications in yoga nidra, mindfulness, and rest coaching, Tonya brings a dual lens to her work: organizational excellence and human sustainability. Her approach integrates instructional leadership, talent cultivation, culture building, and systems design into a practical, coherent framework leaders can use every day.
Known for championing psychologically safe learning environments and facilitating honest, reflective dialogue, Tonya equips leaders with tools that advance performance while honoring their well-being.
